“Pokemon Card 151” set has been revealed with the return of Kadabra
“Pokemon Card 151” was revealed a week ago with the return of Kadabra to the Pokemon TCG. Also the set will feature a new Alakazam ex and a new Mew ex.
The Alakazam ex will have a new attack that will let you attack from the bench. This will be the first card in the Pokemon TCG that will have this attack effect.
Alakazam ex – Psychic – HP310
Stage 2 – Evolves from Kadabra
[C][C] Mind Jack: 90+ damage. This attack does 30 more damage for each of your opponent’s Benched Pokemon.
[P][P] Dimensional Manipulation: 120 damage. This Pokemon can use this attack even when it is on the Bench.
Pokemon ex rule: When your Pokemon ex is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.
Weakness: Darkness (x2)
Resistance: Fighting (-30)
Retreat: 1
The Mew ex has decent attack that lets you choose one of the Active Pokémon’s attacks and use it as it’s attack.
Mew ex – Psychic – HP180
Basic Pokemon
Ability: Restart
Once during your turn, you may draw cards until you have 3 cards in your hand.
[C][C][C] Genome Hack: Choose 1 of your opponent’s Active Pokemon’s attacks and use it as this attack.
Pokemon ex rule: When your Pokemon ex is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.
Weakness: Darkness (x2)
Resistance: Fighting (-30)
Retreat: 0
This set is a “Strengthening Expansion Pack” for Japan but for international, this set will be a Special set like Pokemon Go, Crown Zenith, and Shining Fates. No release date has been announced yet for this set at the moment.
